Red Kite Ramble:
 A milestone in conservation, the Red Kite
conjures up images of beauty, grace and mystery. Join us for the unique opportunity
to view and handle our captive bred
Red Kite, Dyfi.
During this one and a half hour
experience, we will cover the history
of the Red Kite in Wales and how this spectacular bird has, despite
setbacks, returned from the brink of extinction and become symbolic to
Wales.
After an initial lesson in handling the bird, we will start our walk in
the surrounding hills. During this walk you will be able to witness the
birds effortless, graceful flight in the skies above us. occasionally
calling the bird to your glove for its reward.You will be at one with
this bird and its natural environment.
In addition we will have a good chance of seeing wild Red Kites, as
well as Buzzard, Peregrine Falcon and Sparrowhawk.
